ZIGRAM announces the April ’25 release, introducing new features and significant improvements. Key features include the introduction of Case Manager and Investigation View. This release also includes several bug fixes and enhancements to improve user experience.
The Case Manager design in Transact Comply will give the users an ability to see all the alerts generated against an entity and associated entities as well (if applicable). It will give a holistic view of the entire case along with all the necessary details so the reviewers can investigate the case.
The Investigation View in Transact Comply will show the entity details, associated entity details, case details, and all the relevant information required for a reviewer to investigate case along with review history details.
Email Notification has been introduced which includes all the essential case details related to the master case that was created.
