New Features

1. Case Manager

The Case Manager design in Transact Comply will give the users an ability to see all the alerts generated against an entity and associated entities as well (if applicable). It will give a holistic view of the entire case along with all the necessary details so the reviewers can investigate the case.

2. Investigation View

The Investigation View in Transact Comply will show the entity details, associated entity details, case details, and all the relevant information required for a reviewer to investigate case along with review history details.

3. Notification

Email Notification has been introduced which includes all the essential case details related to the master case that was created.

Bug Fixes & Improvements

• Several bugs have been resolved to enhance the stability of the Transact Comply application and deliver a smoother, more reliable user experience
